10) Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads

We advertise on Meta platforms and may use Meta's Lead Ads / Instant Forms to collect information directly within those platforms. When you submit one of our lead forms, Meta shares with us the information you chose to provide (such as name, email, phone number, business name, and your answers to our qualifying questions). We use this information to contact you by phone, email, and text message about the products and services you expressed interest in, consistent with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Meta's own collection and use of your information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy, not by these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restec will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the website, funnels, forms, or communications. Restec's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where prohibited by law.
